Dato’ Lim has always demonstrated visionary entrepreneurship in the precious metals industry. He is widely recognized as the founder of Quantum Metal, a prominent corporation specializing in precious metals. Quantum Metal offers cutting-edge technological solutions in financial management, leveraging bullion products.

With over 20 years of experience, Dato' Lim has been actively involved in precision mold, electronic components, gold potassium cyanide for gold plating industries, and co-development of gold recovery from electronic waste in collaboration with Inochem from South Africa (since 2000). His engagement includes precious metal recovery from electronic waste, refining impure gold from scrap or old jewelry, supplying gold to jewelry fabricators, and collaborating with Australian bullion bankers. He strongly emphasizes asset preservation and enhancement.

Throughout the journey of developing an integrated system that enables precious metal suppliers to conduct gold trading with banks, he has evolved the platform into a fintech wealth management ecosystem. Under his leadership, innovative services like Gold Leverage and Gold Advance were introduced to the market. These services provide a sustainable approach for asset preservation and growth, simultaneously contributing to the broader social economy. This groundbreaking ecosystem seamlessly merges fintech advantages with wealth management, rooted in the tangible value of precious metals.

After graduating from Iowa State University with a BSc in Management Information Systems and Finance, Jonathan has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the corporate financial industry. He has held positions in various multinational banks, including the world's largest bank, where he contributed to private banking development, investment products, and precious metal initiatives in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Macao. In addition to his roles in the corporate sector, he boasts extensive experience in corporate partnerships, projects, and collaborations spanning China, the U.K, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Sira Panichkul

Legal Advisor

     Sira commenced his legal career at LS Horizon Limited in their Japanese client department. He pursued further studies in Japan through a legal research program at Kyushu University. Additionally, he worked as a legal consultant for Sundai at their Tokyo headquarters.

His responsibilities encompassed providing legal advice across a wide spectrum of legal domains. This included drafting commercial contracts, offering guidance on business structures and joint ventures, facilitating corporate restructuring and real estate transactions, conducting legal research, and preparing documents for submission to relevant government departments. He was also involved in applying for various licenses, such as BOI licenses and foreign business licenses, as well as private school licenses. Sira's expertise extended to advising on regulatory matters and assisting in the resolution of labor disputes.
